What room types can I book?
Choose from the Deluxe Quadruple Room with two queen beds (25 m²), the Deluxe Queen Room with one queen bed (22 m²), or the Superior Double Room with one full bed (35 m²).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is from 11:30 AM to noon. Please tell the hotel your expected arrival time in advance.
Is WiFi available?
Yes. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.
Is breakfast available?
American breakfast is available. Check whether it is included in your selected booking option.
Where can I park?
Public parking is available nearby for MXN 100 per day, with no reservation needed. An electric vehicle charging station is also listed among the parking facilities.
Do rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes. All three room types include a private bathroom, free toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer.
Can children stay at the hotel?
Children over 10 are welcome. Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available.
Are pets allowed, and is there lift access?
Pets are not allowed. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only.
How do I check prices and cancellation conditions?

What is nearby?
Plaza de Armas, the Querétaro Cathedral, restaurants, cafés, shops, and museums are nearby in the historic center. The airport is approximately 23 km away.
